yes, i admit that KMB was a fantasy of da'wah. you can meet up with your usrahmates anywhere. you can have iftar together everynight, if you want to. you can read mushaf al-quran along the way to class, even at the road side. no one will stop you, neither will look at you like you are freaks or weirdos. 

what else? 

you can have usrah jumaat every friday to remind yourself about Allah, with no objection from anyone. you can asked help from dear akhowat without fear of being disapointed. there will always people who look out for you. asking, "how's eman?". every malam jumaat, there is another reminder of Allah during ceramah at surau an-nur.

forget already? 

there were moments when you spent you time to tadabbur a'lam during picnic, either in the morning or during the evening. there were times when people called out for jama'ah prayers and for coolsem.

need i tell you about

the people who are willing to listen to your reminders of Allah and dear Rasulullah and sahabahs' story. the group of circle that keep you awake during usrah. the people that text you to know your condition whenever they realise there's something wrong going on in your heart.

those nikmats, those two years!!! weren't they enough? for you to keep on going, keep on fighting for the sake of ummah? 

TAK CUKUP LAGI KE DENGAN NIKMAT YANG ALLAH BERI?

memang la diorang hebat, al-quran turun masa zaman diorang!

the sahabah [radiallahu 'anhuma], they receive the quran... ayah by ayah. but we? we got it in a complete set! what else do we want in order for us to be as HEBAT as sahabah? some of them don't even have the opprtunity to listen to all the wahyus. because they had syaheed. they died for the sake of their syahadah! sumayyah.

memang la diorang hebat, sebab ada rasulullah!

says who? there were mujahideen who never even meet rasulullah pbuh. but still they did da'wah! uwais al-qarni.

those are all EXCUSES! 

i admit, once i said the same things. because i was in the comfort zone. getting input every week. and now. it is time to give the output! just like the placenta. there is only one umbilical vein that supply oxygen, nutrients to the fetus. but there are TWO umbilical arteries that use to transfer the carbon dioxide, waste from the fetus to the mother's blood. the output should be twice as mush the input. this was what the sahabah did. that is why once ISLAM was the WOrRLD ORDER. and it can happen again, if... we worked hard and smart as rasulullah and sahabah did.

NO MORE EXCUSES!

if you dont want to do da'wah, just say so. but don't you want to be among the people who stands us for islam? don't you want to meet Allah in Jannah? don't you want to ask rasulullah personally about his fights for islam in Jannah? 

saya nak jadi orang biasa-biasa sahaja. tak buat dosa. tapi buat banyak amal. tak yah wat dakwah2 ni. ini kerja ustaz ustazah je.

then, you had made your choice. so, in the hereafter, jadilah orang biasa-biasa sahaja. rasulullah and sahabah were not biasa-biasa sahaja. so, dont ever dream of meeting them, if you are biasa-biasa sahaja.

now it is time for us to wake up from our fantasy of da'wah. this is the real world. face it. be brave. now it is the time where our two year of tarbiyah in KMB will be tested. were we really commited to this path, or were we just follow others and do da'wah because this path provide us with people that care about us and this path make our soul alive in KMB. again, this is the real world.. where islam is an outlandish.

let us be Abu Ubaiday ibn al-Jarrah and Mu'adz ibn Jabbal

janji jangan tinggal janji kosong.
janji syahadah kita, harus kite laksanakan!
jangan sampai di akhirat nanti, kita terima buku catatan amalan kita dengan
TANGAN KIRI.
